Shop Cleaner & Maintenance Helper FNA Transmission | Wakefield, MA | Full-Time | $20/hr + Weekly Bonuses

What we do: FNA Transmission is a busy auto transmission shop in Wakefield, MA. We’ve been in business since 1981 and we take pride in keeping a clean, safe, and professional workplace.

What the job is: Your job is to keep the entire shop clean and organized every day. This includes the shop floor, service bays, bathrooms, break room, and office. You will clean up after the technicians, take out trash, mop floors, and make sure everything looks professional and safe.

Day to day you will:

Sweep, mop, and scrub floors throughout the shop
Clean workbenches and remove oil spills, used rags, and old parts
Empty trash cans multiple times a day
Clean and sanitize bathrooms and the break room daily
Properly dispose of shop waste and used fluids
Keep walkways and exits clear at all times
Restock cleaning supplies and let management know when things run low
Help with small maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs
Help with snow removal and outside grounds when needed
What we need:

Someone reliable who shows up on time every day
Takes pride in keeping things clean and organized
Can work on their own without being told what to do every step
Comfortable working around vehicles and shop equipment
No experience required — we will train you
Valid driver’s license is a plus
What you get:

$20 per hour
Weekly bonuses
Monday to Friday — no weekends
