Looking to replace me. The owner of a highly profitable transmission Shop in the Norther Panhandle of Idaho.

Burnett Transmission opened in 2001 and is still going strong today. I am retiring and will turn the operation of my shop over to a professionally qualified technician with the skills necessary to keep sales and production rising into 2027 and on. You will be responsible for making sure the Employees are doing the best in their positions. One rebuilder, Two R&R technician’s, and a Forman Diagnostic Technician. You will need to be certified, ATRA Rebuilder, R&R Technician and Service Writer. You will need to have the Skills of diagnosing Electrical problems with ease and be able to diagnose the latest Automatic and Manual Transmissions. An experience level of  10 to 15 years in the rebuilding of automatic Transmissions and Diagnostics is needed before applying.
