At FNA Transmission, you’ll work hands-on, side-by-side with certified transmission specialists from day one. No prior transmission experience needed. Just mechanical ability and the drive to get good at something that most techs never learn.

What You’ll Actually Do
Teardown to final assembly — full rebuild operations on automatic and manual transmissions
Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble transmission units under expert supervision
Diagnose worn and failed components: clutch packs, valve bodies, gear sets, and sealing systems
Operate hydraulic presses, torque wrenches, and precision measuring instruments
Manage parts organization and inventory documentation
Take on independent build responsibilities as your skills are verified – advancement is merit-based, not time-based

Who We’re Looking For
✅ Hands-on mechanical background – engines, drivetrain, heavy equipment, or precision machinery ✅ Can follow detailed technical procedures accurately, every time ✅ Vocational/trade school training in automotive or mechanical? Even better ✅ Punctual, accountable, and serious about learning a craft ✅ Valid driver’s license required

No transmission experience required — we train from the ground up.
