Transmission Builder Full Time

DunRite Automotive is located in the heart of beautiful Florence, South Carolina.  The city is conveniently located at the junction of Interstate 20 and Interstate 95. Florence is only a 1-hour drive to Myrtle Beach, 2-hour drive to historic Charleston and a 3-hour drive to the mountains of the upstate.  Enjoying a weekend or taking a day trip is convenient when you want to get out of town, but if you choose to stay in town there are always plenty of things to do like: enjoy our revitalized downtown, head over to the food truck park, catch a local Red Wolves baseball game, shop & more. Since Florence is situated right at the midpoint of interstate 95; half-way between Miami & New York, travelers are also frequently in our town & in our shop.  The city of Florence has a population of about 38,000 people, with the Pee Dee region containing about 328,000 people, which is the area our shops cater to. The median household income in Florence is roughly $49,525.00 a year: living in a more rural area of the south, is not only less stressful but the cost of living is not extremely high.

DunRite Automotive is a family owned & operated business that has been serving the Pee Dee for over 25 years. We operate out of two locations: both specializing in transmission repair/replacements, as well as other automotive needs. DunRite is looking to hire a full-time transmission builder; specializing in automotive & manual transmissions. This job is Monday-Friday, with weekends off & paid holidays.
