What You’ll Do
Own full rebuild cycles — disassembly, component inspection, parts replacement, reassembly to spec, and quality verification
Diagnose hydraulic, mechanical, and electronic transmission failures using scan tools and pressure testing
Remove and reinstall transmission assemblies across domestic and import platforms
Replace clutch packs, friction bands, solenoids, valve bodies, seals, and hard parts
Verify post-installation performance through road testing and pressure checks
Maintain accurate repair documentation for every unit
Mentor apprentice-level staff and contribute to shop standards

What You Bring
✅ 3+ years of professional transmission rebuild and repair experience ✅ Advanced knowledge of automatic transmission systems — domestic and import ✅ Proficient with professional scan tools, pressure testing equipment, and transmission specialty tooling ✅ ASE A2 or T-Series certification preferred — not a dealbreaker if your hands-on experience speaks for itself ✅ Able to manage multiple units concurrently without sacrificing quality ✅ Valid driver’s license required
