We are proud to be the largest transmission shop in South Florida, featuring a 27,000 sq. ft. facility with 16 lifts and a complete torque converter rebuilding shop on-site. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Transmission Center Manager to join our dynamic team.
Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Transmission Center Manager to drive sales and maintain strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of transmissions.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs.
Collaborate with the shop foreman and technicians to understand necessary repairs and effectively communicate these to customers.
Effectively integrate with our established team of long-standing employees.
Maintain proper written documentation for authorizations and follow-ups.
Communicate with customers daily to provide updates on the progress of heir repair.
Retain new business and effective close sales.
Effectively manage the flow of the shop in collaboration with the shop foreman.
Use TekMetric to write repair orders and assign work.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of transmissions.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with computers and web based systems.

Salary:
Starting $60k with immediate income potential of over $100k
